As a Russian citizen and residing outside the country, or a foreign citizen, temporarily residing in Russia, who is currently unable to come to Russia, it is often necessary to confirm that the person has not been convicted in Russia, i.e., obtaining a Criminal Record Certificate and legalizing it using an apostille seal/stamp.
